Keeper cost by year

Each row is what it would have cost to keep him into the following season, fixed when that year's draft finished (Rule 4). Rows marked would have been are approximate — he was not on a roster at season end, so no cost was ever locked in. The basis column reads "drafted" whenever Sleeper did not set its keeper flag, which it often does not; the cost is the same either way, since both a fresh pick and a kept player escalate from the round they went at.
